  Workshop Schedule

  The Workshop is 8 weeks long, and has 2 main components. Lecture Days, and Heart Tune Calls.

  • Lecture days are where we focus on learning core concepts, science, and the Heartmath tools. These sessions give you the intellectual and experiential framework to build your practice off of.

  • The Heart Tune Calls are where some of the real transformation happens. We meet 3 times per week to practice, ask questions, share experiences, and grow as a community. This is the Heart of the program.

  • The real transformation, of course, happens when you practice on your own.

  • Missing a Lecture Day is no big deal, because the recording is there and it’s just one session to watch.

  • If you aren’t able to attend some of the Heart Tune calls live though, and you think you’d feel disconnected relying only on the recordings, I’d encourage you to consider waiting until a future round of the workshop. The Heart Tune calls are where most of the integration and transformation happens, and I want you to receive the full benefit of the workshop.

  • Heart Tune calls

    • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30am Pacific

    • Heart Tune Calls go on for entire duration of the 8 week workshop. From January 10th, to Feb 28th.

      
      What if you can’t attend a session?

• All sessions are recorded and uploaded to a google drive, where you will have 6 months to watch or download.
